After asking the question on the contact section and getting no response, before I consider cancelling my £2.99 monthly subscription, I'm wondering why my device is showing my speed camera subscription has expired on 8/3/22 but the payment has been taken on 9/3/22 and as of today 18/3/22 the service is still showing as expired. I hope someone can look into this for me.

Yes , it is monthly payments of £2.99 and I was notified by paypal that the payment had been made on the 9/3/22 but TomTom show as expired from 8/3/220

Sorry, I don't understand payment made on 03/09/22 , but expired on 03/08/22.
The only solution is to contact customer service.

The dates are 8th March 2022 that shows as expired, however they took my payment on 9th March 2022 . It seems we use a different date format here in the U.K.0
