Rider 400/410 - How do I get English back?

I have a Rider 400/410.
Somehow it has lost the English voice. The only voices showing are German and Spanish.
Q. How do I get English back?

    The voices are available on Mydrive connect if no voice Come back later, moderator @VikramK will review your account and assign you the service.

    Thank you for trying to help.
    I am unable to get any update for any voice despite following instructions TomTom have given me.
    I keep getting -
    "We cannot direct you to the requested web page at this time."
    and other 'page errors' and redirected to 'TomTom Discussions'.
    I have not seen Computer voice 'Serena' anywhere.
    I have tried to order Tim and Jame but have got nowhere.
    Whenever I try to download them I am directed to the Navigation Voices Page again and again.
    My patience is running thin.
    Could you please help me get the English voice back.

    The voice is already active, you should be able to download it using MyDrive Connect software application.
