in Devices using TomTom HOME
I tried to update maps and system on my TomTom XXL (RW6480B09314) and maps are not working now. Coul you please help me? Thanks

    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up and if your old Map version is still on the servers perhaps add it to your Tomtom Account.....

    You must have a backup on your computer to reinstall a backup of your map.

    Welcome! Can you make a soft reset and connect the device again to check for the updates in TomTom HOME? I've now assigned an old EU map.

    Thanks, updates are available now. But we need maps for central Europe (Czech republic) and I think, this update does not include it...
