Hi everyone.
I was downloading a map and suddenly my internet connection was interrupted.
Therefore the map downloading was unfinished.
I connect again the Tom Tom to the PC, but now I can´t continue downloading the map.
Any useful hint or suggestion in order to continue downloading the map? Thanks you!!!

Hi
Download the map again by following this FAQ: https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013900620-No-maps-available-MyDrive-Connect-0 -
Willy875. First of all, Thanks!!!
In my case I can not use the option "uninstall", because this option and all other options are unavailable (marked in a soft way).
I do not know if I am explaining it in a good way.
I will enclose an screenshot so yiu can see it. Thanks.

Willy875,...
I followed this instructions:
<<deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program
I also followed this himnts:
Firstly Try....
Disconnect your Tomtom device....
(Do not Reconnect your device until instructed)
Logout of MyDrive Connect....
From the Power menu 'Restart' your PC (NOT Turn it Off 'n' On again)....
Run MyDrive Connect....
Login to MyDrive Connect....
Connect & Start your device....
But, What happen now?
Now I have a diferent problem.
When I try to conenct, I can read your device is not conected!
Let me tell you, I am really atonished, impressed; tired of this situation.
The whole evening to simply run an application.
Thanks if you can give me a clue.

Hi
Delete Mydrive connect then reinstall it Shouldn't be a problem connecting to your account with your credentials?
Have you tried another cable?0
