Hello,

I use the Live service on GO6200 with the connection via my smartphone in bluetooth but I would like to return to the integrated SIM card or it is deactivated, can we reactivate it please?....

Thank you in advance.

Best regards

Luke

    Hi @Luc84

I don't think your Sim card is disabled?

Sometimes, if it hasn't already, a factory reset of the device fixes the problem.

If it still does not work, what you can try to do if your GPS is no longer under warranty is to remove the SIM card which is under the label, gently clean it and reinsert it.

Thanks for your feedback, I tried the factory reset and GPRS is still off, not attempt the SIM card removal yet... Looking for the label to take off, probably very small if I am not wrong.

I am just wondering if GPRS remains off as long as wifi is connected ? I make the tests at home and connexion is active of course.

The Sim is located under the label under the GPS.

SIM card was completly locked inside and when I tried to take it off it went through inside the GPS... Not good...

Is there anyway I can open the GPS to try to get the SIM card off and place a new one if needed?

Indeed it is not very good normally you have to take a small tweezer and pull on it.

You can open it and try to remove it, then put the card back.

It's Tomtom provides the Sim cards.

Any plans or video on how to open a GO6200 to reach the SIM card?
