Apprentice Seeker
Since an update went wrong and he map file was most likely corrupted, The device asks to add map, searches, finds nothing and then says no map available. Then repeat, repeat repeat. I cannot stop it searching to connect with bluetooth etc.

Download the map after connecting your GPS to the Mydrive connect software.0

If you don't have access to the menu, it's going to be complicated, try resetting your GPS. https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013957499-Réinitialiser-votre-GPS0
