Purchased Lifetime Global Speed Cameras, cannot install content

I've just purchased a yearly subscription to lifetime speed cameras, however, none are installing.
In the drop down, the United Kingdom says "This item can not be used or updated until the corresponding map is installed on your device."
I have a map for the United Kingdom, and it is installed on my Start52 but there is no way to install or update speed camera content it.

    If at the time of purchase you have selected the Start 52 account

    look on Mydrive connect > my content then > my services click on the install button.


    Speed cameras purchased on the Tomtom site cannot be purchased for life.
