Speed camera update/loading

Hi. I have a Go6000. I have a monthly sub for cameras which has expired. I decided to buy an annual subscription, which I did and shows up on my subscriptions active. BUT I cannot see how to download it/update my device. In my account it just shows the monthly expired camera sub. I see I can get the 19.99 camera update for a year in my account but to do that would mean I have paid twice for one service!
Lack of direct help from TomTom is not helpful........

As subscriptions are renewed automatically
In my opinion if you have a monthly subscription if you buy an annual subscription you must terminate the monthly subscription.

Yes the sub said renew auto. So I deleted it. Yet it is still there (comes back) and the new sub for annual is not.0

Sorry about the delay in responding.
I reviewed your TomTom account, I see the subscription (Speed Cameras) you ordered is active until 10th March 2023. Also, the download logs show that a recent update was installed on 11th March 2022(last week).
