Wrong route after updating tomtom go 620

Hi
I’m a hgv driver and use my tomtom every day, even when I know where I’m going I keep it on for traffic diversion etc . Since updating it seems to want to take me off an A road and sometimes through housing estates etc or it will try and turn me around when the road is open. Anyone got any suggestions why ?

Welcome to the community!

The issue could be related to the recent update, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

Main menu-Settings- System-Reset device.

To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

Check you are actually using the Truck Map (Not Car)
Check your default route type is set to Fastest....
