Go Premium X: Live traffic service is activate, but service can not connect.

Hi,

I have a Go premium X with lifetime traffic service.

My tomtom is connected with my smartphone through bluetooth tethering and I am logged in in My Drive.
Now the Life traffic service cannot connect.

I have connected the tomtom with the mydive app as well.

How can I reset / restore this?

- I have done a reset via the power button.
- Logged out and into my drive
- reconnected my phone after I deleted the connection
- I have a Galaxy S20 plus with all the latest android updates

Is there someting which I have overseen?

    Settings select System then Reset device to factory settings.
