Map Share says its fixed issues but has not, why

I have reported an address error and a missing road on MapShare, I've been told that these are fixed but they have not, is this normal?

Also I have reported an incorrect speed limit where 60 is being shown in just one direction on a 70 dual carriageway, a month later this is still showing as Pending, is this normal?

    There are two updates that are shown as fixed:

    98b2ba87-627f-459a-a84a-c791d335a879 and 4ce730d7-092a-4c8a-b095-077ded5ac261

    I also reported an incorrect speed limit on the 7th Jan 04e85787-eb92-45ea-8ee1-b6cd9162a6d4 which is still showing as Pending but from I have read here speed limit reports are not actioned.

    98b2ba87-627f-459a-a84a-c791d335a879 and 4ce730d7-092a-4c8a-b095-077ded5ac261
    They have been accepted in the month of January 2022.
    Reports after being accepted take around 6-9 months to show up on our quarterly map updates.

    Regarding the speed limit correction - 04e85787-eb92-45ea-8ee1-b6cd9162a6d4, I have sent this one to the concerned team to be reviewed.
