My Trucker 6000 stop giving me traffic reports. So I paid for a year's subscription but has no come up on my tom tom? Have I done something wrong?

Try resetting the device to factory settings.




Some users remove the SIM card which is under the label under the device, wipe it clean and reinsert it.

hi, I have a same problem paid for speed cameras and live services but they are not working for 3 months. have tryed to reset the sat nav lots of times but stil got no gprs and I cant get a service wich is not cheep. anybody can hel with this problem? otherwise tomtom support is total rubish...
