Is Lifetime Mapexpertuk/Lifetime GPS Pro approved by TOMTOM?

I have very recently been mis-sold a laptop support package including anti-virus software (Webroot SecureAnywhere) by MapexpertUK/Lifetime GPS Pro whose staff represent themselves as TOMTOM experts fixing SatNav problems and supplying maps for TOMTOM devices. How can I find out if they are definitely TOMTOM approved agents and/or report their entirely erroneous solutions to my GO6200 map fault in which they claimed a virus had infected my network and this led to pressure selling an unnecessary support package to correct my maps.
