Possibly Lost Building From UK Maps

I recently had a problem with my maps when two updates were offered for Europe. In installing both of them I got a message about maps being corrupted. I deleted the maps from my device and installed what I believe to be the full Europe map to my SD card. I could see no option to install Europe with buildings. Have I now lost these (the buildings), and, if so, how do I get them back?

    I have just realised that my title was slightly misleading - it is the buildings for Europe that I have lost (I believe), not just the buildings for UK. Perhaps somebody can help me out.

    The latest Europe map is version 1085.11319 and is likely to be circa 9gb +. Which one do you have.
