Recently i bought a tomtom 6250 pro. I drive in west europe. Only in Belgium the device doesn't have a gprs connection. Please help.
I did a reset, contact cs via chat, they asked for serial number and dit a reset on their server, nothing helped.
I hear more drivers complaining over this Belgium issue.
So use your phone for hotspot connection. But there is also a problem. I specially bought this device for the build in sim. When i use hotspot connection withe my phone, i have problems with internetradio via apple carplay. I tried different carplay apps, none worked proparly until i disconnected my phone from the tomtom.

Currently there is a known issue with traffic in Belgium not working through the Embedded Sims.
The only solution for Belgium is to connect via Bluetooth.0 -
