Re-installing 'Serena' voice

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to pose the question but a few days ago whilst using 'MyDrive Connect', I tried to free-up memory on my trusted GO6100 device and I seem to have inadvertently deleted the default, female voice that provides the road numbers. I gather the voice is 'Serena' ? Is it available to download and re-install, or if I do a system reset on the device, will that restore the default voice ?

    Normally the voice should be available on Mydrive connect if the voice is not available come back tomorrow the moderator @VikramK will review your account and assign you a voice.
