Updating my Start 60 gives an error

I'm trying to update my Start 690 for some days now and every time I get a message telling me that the service is temporarily not available. I have the device connected to my computer and in MYDrive it says that I'm connected. After trying to download the new files MyDrive says that it can't find my device. What happened and do I fix it?

    I don't think it has anything to do with MyDrive Connect. The warning appears in my device, not in the app.
