map disappeared

hello i just bought a toyota aygo that came with tomtom it was working ok until i plugged it into the tomtom program to see if there were any updates now it is saying that no map is found

Welcome to the community! I see a recent subscription for world map updates on your account.
Did you try re-downloading the map?
