Problems with Europe-map on Mazda NB1 SD card too

i have also problems with my SD card after an update. when i insert the SD-card, the message "can't use Europe-864".
What can i do ?
i try to delete the Europe-card on SD-card and PC and download an update, but no update was displayed.
Generally the update-download-time was in the past very long and partionaly come not to an end.
i use tomtom home 2.2.1.
can you help ? what ca i do. have you an idea ?
