start 25 connected to mydrive does not update

hi
last year i was able to update my goodold start 25 with mydrive connect
now i do connect to my start 25, i can see the memory and card,
i get message that 2 updates available and then ..."something went wrong, service temporarely nof available, try later"
now this i tried, later, 4 times...
whats wrong? please?

    Sometimes reinstalling the software or clearing the cache fixes the problem.

    Delete Mydrive connect cache.
    uninstall mydrive connect is you reinstall
    try again tomorrow.

    I removed the program now
    I will try tomorrow
    (excuse me, but I do not understand why this is necessary? Never had something like this before as a software developer :0)
