GO 500 update problems

I have connected to TT Drive, I get a message saying there is not enough disc space (there is 8 GB on C drive and much more on my D drive) and I constantly get a "Getting Ready" message. It seems impossible to Chat let alone talk to a human helper in TT. Please could TT or someone help ? Thanks.

    On your GPS do you have an SD card that has been formatted with the GPS?

    You can speak with a Tomtom agent by chat during office hours.

    Hello Willy 875 - my thanks for your reply.

    There is a 32 GB card in this device.

    I have managed to send an email and been told someone will get in touch with me.

    TT please note it is not an easy task to find out how to send an email to you or arrange a chat. If client sevrice is im[portant then I think something should be done about it.

    I now have two TT devices. When I bought mny first one (GO 500) I was told by a friend how easy it was to talk to someone and how helpful they were. Things have changed. It took me a very long while to resolve an ongoing problem I had with my GO 5200.

    Could TT seriously look at their support as watching a video rarely provides the answer and it seems one has to do it to get towards some form of real communication and help.

    Willy, I don't know if you work for TT but if not I am sure someone at TT must read these messages so perhaps something might be done. No rant intended but just a frustrated customer.
