Hi
I’ve been trying for years to get my 6250 to show and to read aloud SMS messages. I got it working once for about a week and then it stopped. I’ve tried everything.I’ve unpaired and re-paired my devices many many times.
Still nothing.
Can anyone resolve this?

What phone model do you have?
Android or Apple?
And when your phone is connected to the Satnav, is under menu/bluetoorh/your phone the switch for smartphone messages "on" ?0
