Speed/traffic cameras no longer appear on my map.

All OK 7 days ago. Today - no camera icons show on the map. Have latest map for my Go Professional 6250. All sounds & warnings are on. Any suggestions?

Connecting your Go to Mydrive connect you delete the speed cameras then still on Mydrive connect you reinstall them.0

Thanks. I've had my Go for over 2 years and never updated via Mydrive connect, or connected to Mydrive connect and never had a problem. I have always regularly updated successfully via WiFi. In trying your suggestion, I remembered why why I do not use Mydrive connect - I need a magnifying glass to read the log-in pop-up and the pages that follow. Nevertheless, Mydrive connect will not uninstall the speed camera's. I've tried twice, with the screen returning back to the options page. On the third try, I had to log-in again. I need to contact TomTom - but how?0
