GO 5200 fails to update map. Message "Oops something went wrong. Please try again"

Hi all,

I have just updated my Go 5200 to application version 21.200.0003.411.

Device shows there are three available updates: Map update (10.85), speed camera update and POI update Ladestation.

I cannot update none of them. Every try ends immediately and the following message is displayed "Oops something went wrong. Please try again"

Please help!

Maybe you can try with a pc running mydrive connect and then via usb cable

You perform the updates via your wi-fi GPS connected to a mains charger.
