my device is tomtom 500 , wanted to update and saw that it said the card was damaged , pressed restore , but it started to update , got 100 percent and now it hangs on update for days but nothing happens , i can't anymore back to the home screen on my tomtom 500, there are no maps available on it, can't go to the menu anymore, as a solution, tomtom says reinstall the old map, I don't have a map, device was delivered with europe on it, never no problems until now, my drive connect is installed correctly, but I can't even log out anymore, hopefully someone here has an answer
