I have renewed the subscription for live services but the hyperlink didn't work on the invoice. How do I download it to update my device?

There is no file to download, the subscription must be activated automatically on the GPS.0

In traffic on the device it says that the service expires soon and to renew. On my account in TomTom it correctly states the new date in 2023??0

Welcome to the community! When exactly did you renew the subscriptions?
The current subscription (ordered last year) for TomTom Traffic services expires at the end of this month. I don't see any new orders for Traffic or Speed Cameras for the device. If you ordered the service recently then please get in touch with our customer service team along with invoice number.
TomTom Traffic is a part of > Over-the-air services, traffic information is updated on the device itself when you drive on a planned route. There is no downloadable file for this service.
