Ive been given this tomtom by my brother in law as my old one died. Ive downloaded my drive coonect and deleted my old device. I have restarted my drive, and when it tells me to add new device, nothing happens when I plug in usb. I have tried all usb ports on the back of my pc and the one one the front, nothing works. need help please.

    Hi @Chris_seal1957

    Have you done a Factory Reset on the unit to delete all the current data on it.

    Menu/Settings/System/Reset Device.

    After doing this you will have to set the unit up adding your own Tomtom Account details then it may well appear in My Drive Connect..
