TomTom Rider 550 and Android 12

Hi everybody,
My TTR550 and my Samsung 10 Android 12 doesn't work well. When I receive a call and I try to open it on TTR550 it doesn't work. The call remein in calling all the time and popup on TTR550 disappear. I tried to explain for more than 20 days with long email, message, video to TomTom assistance but it doesn't resolve the problem.

Anybody has the same problem?

    did you notice this after upgrading to android 12?
    try the factory reset on the rider also delete any old bluetooth pairings on your phone.

    No, I tried with other phone and there is the same problem, dont you ?

    Good morning everyone. i also have the same problem, i have a samsung s10 with android 12, Midland BT RUSH headset. When they call me and I answer from the green button on the Rider the phone keeps ringing and the call from the screen disappears. Nice problem.
