Live function gives Error message 148, what to do?

HI, I have download new maps and payed for live fuctions, but when i try to start live function i get the error message 148. Have I done anything incorrect or what is not working?//Maria

Welcome to the community!
The error 148 usually indicates that the built-in SIM is disabled or deactivated, it happens when there is no there is no active subscription for more than 12 month(LIVE Services).
I reviewed your account and I see the previous subscription ended in 2018. More info on our support article

OK, I have payed for Line 295 SEK and still a error message0

Error code 148 means your SIM card is disabled, contact customer service to request a refund for your purchase.
