Anyone have success in getting your subscription map update into an in dash system for a Mazda CX-5 using my Tomtom app? The site and process is somewhat comical and offers no real assistance for any in dash unit assistance and hid forbid I get a live person to help resolve. Help in California

What you need is to install the TomTom Home on your home/work computer.

Take the SD card from your CX-5 and use a card reader to get the SD card recognized by the TomTom Home program.
If I remember correctly, the first time I ran TomTom Home it was not able to recognize the SD card. Pull out the SD card, close TomTom Home, run TomTom Home again, and introduce the SD card. Once it recognizes the SD card, you would see "Mazda Navigation System NB1" on the lower right of the TomTom Home program.

You probably need a current subscription to download the new update:

Thanks. Response to both. I have a subscription and awaiting download. My Mazda is a 2014 and reads from a flash drive not an SD card. Any suggestions with that insight.

Is it possible for you to share a picture of your flash drive? As far as I know, the Mazda NB1's maps are stored in a SD card. That was what I had on my previous 2014 CX-5. If I am not mistaken, I believe that applies to all 2013-2015 CX-5.
