Speed camera not updating

Having purchased the speed camera updates for 1 year in dec 14th, my tomtom has taken upon itself to stop updating, it shows me a qr code to take me to shop to buy updates. But when i try to buy it tells me i have already purchased the said product

Please help

    Hi @Pumphy
    The service is showing active on your account till 15 April 2023. The updates for speed cameras are released twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday.
