Tomtom go essential reboots when paired with mydrive

When I open my drive for live traffic, the sat nav after maybe a min will reboot and keep doing this until I uninstall my drive (Samsung s10), also I bought speed camera updates with payment on 14th December but it has now stopped updating and won’t show camera sites. I have done full resets etc and the 2 problems still exist

Hi,
I have 2 Go 520 wifi and have the same problem.
When I connect the tomtom to my phone with the Mydrive app through blue tooth or wifi it starts to reboot or a total shutdown and restart.
This is since i updated the tomtom to the latest firmware.
When is this going to be resolved.

I have 2 tomtom accounts and when i switch i have the same result.
When i disconnect from wifi and /off bluetooth the tomtom Works fine but i do not have traffic and speedcontrols any more.0 -

There is a known problem that some are experiencing whereby their units keep rebooting.
The temporary solution appears to be select Stop Syncing in My Drive on their devices Settings. Doing this does not stop the devices working normally provided they are connected via Bluetooth etc so that they can receive the Traffic etc. When you stop Syncing My Drive on the devices this means they will not receive routes or stops etc sent from My Drive nor will they sync any New My Places etc you may create on the device back to your account. Should you need to sync any data back to your account then allow Syncing in My Drive On the devices, this only needs you to insert the Password as the account details are known by the device, and they should sort themselves out.

This solution works but it is not ideal.
Cannot send adres from my phone to the tomtom.
When will there be a new update?0 -
It's not ideal, I agree, enabling the function to send an address and then disabling it again is the only solution to the problem.0

Typing the adres is faster then connecting my phone with tomtom every time.
Tomtom shoud hurrie up with the update.
