No Voice Directions When On A Call

in TomTom GO Navigation app for Android™
Hello I download tom Tom for Android aito to my Mercedes 2017 GLS 550 anytime I'm on the phone call andoid auto or Tom Tom software stops telling me directions by voice it just goes away u less I hang up my call in setting I tried music channel and system channel still did not work

    Welcome to the Community! Is this related to the TomTom GO App or other apps? Can you try our AmiGO app and see if it has the same behavior?

    Same problem when on phone call in car using car Bluetooth don't hear navigation voice
