TomTom Start 25 does not show any maps on MyDrive under the My Services section. Can anyone help?

Device has Lifetime maps but unable to update the device as the maps do not show under the My Services section on MyDrive. Thanks

    It starts with BQ. The maps have not been updated for a long time.
