No Traffic connection on my go premium

I haven't had any traffic info on my go premium for a while. Doesn't indicate traffic jams and the like. The icon remains next to the traffic jam icon with a cross through it.
Traffic is not available, but the traffic information is indeed activated. This problem is mainly in Belgium. In other countries, he sometimes indicates it. What to do.

    Hi @martin8310--

    There is a known issue with Traffic in Belgium not working via the inbuilt Sims. To get around this you can try connecting your GO Premium via Bluetooth and use the data allowance on your Phone to provide the information. The amount of data that will be used up should be very small. TT suggest 7mb a month based on 1 hour per day except during high Traffic periods when it can be a little more

    I don't have a GPRS connection and the traffic info icon is nowhere in between. But I have not connected my mobile to my tomtom. would this be the problem then? Everything else is ok according to the video.
