Export my routes

impossible to export my saved routes. Card is formatted and I get error message "internal error".

    they are on the device but only with the date. Is that the problem? And I can select them. I have saved one trip under a name "Valley" (without ") and I can export these data to the card

    Hi @Robert_Bob

    When you say that the card has been formatted do you mean in the TT Unit. If so it will not work as the in-unit Formatting is to enable the device to load Maps on the card. If you have formatted it in the TT unit then do a full format of the card to Fat32 in your PC and reinsert it without any further formatting.

    I full formatted the card, 32FAT in my PC, not for the first time. No success, internal error says my TT
