I want to contact the TT customer support (NL)

Hi All

before I could fill up a support issue and send it off via the TT support site, now there's only a (useless)Bot and videos and manuals available.
Is the TT tech support still present ? and why it has been made so difficult for the customer to contact them ?
I would like to explain my issue to the Technical support to start with , can someone please point me to the specific 'form' link , if possible.
