no maps found

hello, I have tried to update my tomtom 25 and it failed to finish, not says no maps found, I have restarted tom tom content, restarted satnav, selected map to update etc etc nothing happen. can you help please

Welcome to the community! The download logs in the backend show that the installation packages are affected by

• Aggressive anti-virus / firewalls.
• Poor wi-fi connection.
• ISP (Internet Service Provider) or router issues. This also includes business networks.
