Hi I have a tom tom go live 1000 and requested to renew my live traffic thru the tom tom, they sent an email which i confirmed the order and it went thru but ,y tom tom has not updated, I have connected it my drive and updated everything that was there but still no live traffic, the purchase was completed over a week ago........can anyone help??????

i use it every day, this is the 2nd time of renewing this service, the last time was 18 months ago as got an offer for 18 months instead of 12 months, if this is the case how do i get it sorted0

it gets renewed every time it expired not left for any amount of time
