Screen problem

My screen has become unresponsive on a G520 and cant navigate the menu. Mainly worse on the Lefty hand lower side. Very frustrating on here as no numbers to call and my account doesn't show when I registered this. Is it still in warranty?

    Getting very frustrated with Tom tom, had many devices over the years and problems with others too, but never get any response back from them

    Try holding down the on/off button until you hear the sound of the tamtam and the device restarts.

    No done everything I know and had them for years, tried updating software by usb cable from root directory but cant get the three clicks timing correct. think it is had it. But can find when it was brought as had 3 or 4 of them

    Which model of Go 520 do you connect it to Tomtom Home or Mydrive connect?

    If it's an old model Go 520 that connects to Tomtom Home search the web for how to re-calibrate a Tomtom GPS screen.

    It is a wifi model, think about two years old but cant navigate to the menu to do any updates

    Normally a Tomtom GPS is guaranteed for 2 years so see if your GPS is still guaranteed.

    If you can't get it, get help from Tomtom customer service.

    Ive tried contacting customer service but no one has replied, so not sure what to do now. Wont buy another Tom tom, and ive probably owned at least five

    If it's by email, you have to wait a bit before Tomtom responds, try by chat.

    I thought I tried chat but just seemed to full of incorrect automated answers or was I in the wrong area

    In my opinion you are connected to the chatbot not to live chat with an agent.

    Hi @IanFowler63

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available, Normal working Hours Mon/Fri, you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message
    Suggest you concentrate on connecting to Chat.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
