How to resolve “Unknown Navcore Version”.

Something went wrong when I was updating my satnav. Now it says no maps found, and My Drive Connect says
Unknown Navcore Version. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice but no luck.

Welcome to the community! My team has created a script that will do a fresh installation of the firmware on your TomTom.
Just follow the steps below-
1. Quit/Exit MyDrive Connect application.
2. Delete the HOME3 folder located at-
MacOS:
Users\Your username\Library\Application Support\TomTom\
Windows OS
C:\Users\"Your username"\AppData\Local\TomTom
3. Open MyDrive Connect
4. Connect the device and check for updates.

Did as you suggested but issue still remains. The HOME3 folder always reappears as I open MyDrive Connect.0
