Go Premium X voice control ON but microphone switchs off every new screen

Odd fault, Hello TomTom works to activate voice control but next screen microphone is off so voice is ignored, If i turn mike on next command works but mike is gains shown as off. To do anything useful say pick a route from My Routes mike has to be turned on manually 3 times to get thoruhg select and confirm screens. Not safe !
