This morning we started the rollout of version 3.3.72. We will go to 100% over the course of the next few days.
Update 9 February: This build has now been rolled out to 100%.

    So is this why my subscription has been deleted?
    Although I can see my subscription in android play it shows that I have no subscription on the app?

    Have you verified that you are logged in with the account on which you purchased the subscription on Play Store.

    I split your comment from the 3.3.72 announcement. What you describe is usually a conflict between two Google accounts.

    Please try the following:
    1. Uninstall the GO Navigation app.
      (Make sure to first sync Places and Routes with MyDrive.)
    2. In a BROWSER on your desktop, log in to the web interface of Google Play with the account you used to purchase.
    3. Install the GO Navigation app from the web interface to your device.
      Don't use the Play Store app for this, but use the install button and choose your device in the browser.
