Problems updating GO 600

Hi. I'm trying to update a TomTom GO 600 using MyDrive Connect, but I can't make it work. When clicking update, I get "Waiting for device" for a few seconds. When the update should start installing it shows "Updating device" but no progress bar of any kind. I've left it there for several hours, without change. I tried rebooting the device, and it didn't make a difference. Tried using another PC, and it didn't work either. How do I proceed, since I cant seem to call any support?

Trying to update Europe maps. I've also tried deleting the old maps to make sure there was adequate storage space for the new maps, but when I click delete, nothing happens.0

Have you tried with another cable?
is your GPS recognized by Mydrive connect is your computer?0 -
The navigation unit is recognized by the computer, and the navigation unit shows that it's connected to MyDrive Connect. I'll try another cable.0

Same with another cable, but resetting to factory settings allowed me to install one smaller map update. Same problem with the Europe map still tho. Guess I'm not buying TomTom next time.0

Have you fitted a Micro SD Class 10 memory crd, 16gb or 32gb recommended, into the extra memory slot and formatted in the TT unit for maps.. The Europe map is too big for the internal memory.

I've fitted SD card and unit says it has the right format, it shows up in MyDrive Connect, and I can update everything but the Europe maps. Still can't delete the Europe maps either.0
