Android 11 Headunit and TomTom 3.3.53 - crashing randomly

Hi all,

I downloaded this morning from the Google Playstore the latest version of TomTom v3.3.53 and it will randomly crash on me with nothing be evident as to why.

Just wondering if anyone can share some possible solutions to this problem?

    I have a Blackview 9900 running Android 10. When I try to install the Go app, it crashes during searching for the maps.
    Anybody knows a solution?

    From your computer have you tried to install it with the button installed on the play store.

    HI @Willy875, no I haven't tried that. I will give it a go as I have uninstalled it.

    What is funny though is that TomTom AMIGo seems to work :# ?

    I've installed it via my computer after uninstalling it and it does run for a longer period of time, but will still crash. TomTom Amigo runs with no issue, outside of it saying that it is unable to download voices.

    Any other ideas?

    Try the newest version 3.3.72. this works fine on my headunit. Previous versions since 1.8(?) Never did....
