I recently purchased (6/2/22) an annual update for Speed Cameras, but inadvertently and unknowingly created 2 orders for the same product. I processed one order and have received acknowledgement of payment. I have not received any indication of Update Available (now 7/2/22). The Bot cannot help me. Is there a contact/email that I can use to communicate directly with a person (Not the Bot) to clarify my situation?
