MyDrive on Windows10 no longer connects
I have a Tomtom GO 600 and keep it up to date using MyDrive Connect version 126.96.36.19908 running on my Windows 10 PC. Since the latest Windows update, Intel video driver and MyDrive Connect updates (I am not sure which is at fault) I can no longer connect my GO 600 to my PC to update it. By this I mean that when I plug my GO 600 into my PC using the usual USB connection, Windows and MyDrive Connect no longer see my GO device. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the MyDrive connect software but it makes no difference. I have had my GO 600 for three years and haven't encountered this problem before. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
