Tomtom Go IOS does not register with my Tomtom account

I have an active subscription to the Tomtom Go iPhone app and it does not appear as an active subscription in my Tomtom account. I am logged in to my Tomtom account in the app. What should I do?

If you purchased the subscription from Apple Store, you will not see it on your Tomtom account.
If it's for the Mydrive application, you must log in to Mydrive with the same credentials as your account.0 -
