I'm dissatisfied with my tomtom, traffic function does not work, paid for life service subscription for nothing, there is no support system for tomtom to call or email. I'm stuck with a device that frustrates me to bits and has cost me now over 300 euro without working properly, it's only just over a month old. I want to return it and receive a refund. How do I do that?

There may be an issue with not working WiFi or Bluetooth, I mean stored connection but badly configured.
When with my 6250 Pro I connect WiFi with coach onboard WiFi, all seems good but receives no data from WiFi for Live Traffic (probably some additional login or stuff required).
Click on connection and try to "Forget" it.0
