I'm dissatisfied with my tomtom, traffic function does not work, paid for life service subscription for nothing, there is no support system for tomtom to call or email. I'm stuck with a device that frustrates me to bits and has cost me now over 300 euro without working properly, it's only just over a month old. I want to return it and receive a refund. How do I do that?

    Hi @shanna44

    Look back here on Monday to see what @VikramK or @lampard have to say after they have checked your units settings on the TT servers. It may be that they are not correct hence you are having an issue with Traffic.

    Impossible to sign in, there is always an error and obviously I'm not the only one experiencing the lack of service from tomtom

    @shanna44 Where are you trying to sign in? If you are able to log in to the website but not log in directly on the Discover, try resetting the password from the website, perhaps to one somewhat more simple. There have been some reports of the satnav requiring a shorter password than the website.

    There may be an issue with not working WiFi or Bluetooth, I mean stored connection but badly configured.
    When with my 6250 Pro I connect WiFi with coach onboard WiFi, all seems good but receives no data from WiFi for Live Traffic (probably some additional login or stuff required).
    Click on connection and try to "Forget" it.
