Handsfree calls on Tomtom Expert 7

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
I've installed and linked the My drive app on my phone but still can't manage to make or receive handsfree calls.
Any suggestions?

    Go Expert's cannot be used for Bluetooth calls.

    Another feature TomTom chose to remove from their new products, in the infinite wisdom !!

    I'm just wondering if it's software or hardware that's been removed?
